Fire hose installation specification:
1. Casing:
1) When the pipeline passes through the wall or floor, the casing should be installed.
2) Bushings through the floor: in the bathroom and kitchen, the top should be 50mm above the decorative floor; in other rooms, the top should be 20mm above the decorative floor. The bottom should be level with the bottom surface of the floor. The gap between the casing and the pipe should be filled with flame retardant dense material, and the end surface should be smooth.
3) Bushing through the wall: its two ends are flush with the finish.
4) The interface of the pipeline shall not be set in the casing.
2. When the pipe diameter is less than or equal to DN80, the screw connection is used, and when the pipe diameter is greater than DN80, the clamp connection is used.
When the valve is less than or equal to DN50, the screw connection is used, and when the valve is greater than DN50, the flange connection is used.
3. Pipe clamp interface:
1) Clamp-type connection: The ends of the two pipes should be flat and seamless, the groove width should be uniform, the pipes should be straight after clamping the bolts, and the installation direction of the clamps should be the same.
2) Flange connection: The gasket should not protrude into the pipe, and its outer edge should be close to the bolt hole. Do not place double or partial pads.
3) Bolts of the flange: the diameter and length should meet the standard, after tightening, the length of the protruding nut should not be greater than 1/2 of the diameter of the screw.
4) Pipes with rubber rings at the joints: The pipelines are allowed to be laid along the curve, and the maximum deflection angle of each joint shall not exceed 2°.
4. The number of nozzles controlled by the branch pipe of the sprinkler system
5. Wire pipe connection:
1) Galvanized steel pipes with a pipe diameter less than or equal to DN100 can be connected by thread.
2) When the pipe diameter is larger than DN100, clamp, flange or welding connection can be used. Water supply and drainage pipelines: the welds between steel pipes and flanges should be galvanized twice; air-conditioning water pipelines: anti-corrosion treatment should be performed on the surfaces of the welds and the heat-affected zone.
3) After the pipeline is installed, the root of the pipe thread should have 2-3 exposed threads. The excess hemp wire should be cleaned up and the surface of the galvanized layer and the exposed thread part damaged during the threading should be treated with anti-corrosion.
4) For threaded pipes, the threads should be clean and tidy, and the broken or missing threads should not be greater than 10% of the full thread count;
The connection is firm; the exposed thread at the root of the interface is 2 to 3 buttons, and there is no exposed filler; the galvanized layer of the galvanized pipe should be protected, and the local damaged parts should be treated with anti-corrosion.
6. The pipeline passes through the firewall:
Fill the gaps with non-combustible materials. The insulation material of the pipeline passing through the firewall adopts non-combustible material.
Hanger installation:
1. Pipe support and hanger installation:
(1) The position of the fixed bracket should be correct, and the embedding should be flat and firm.
(2) The fixing bracket should be in close contact with the pipeline, and the fixing should be firm.
2. Riser tube card:
1) The height of the floor is less than or equal to 5m, and one must be installed on each floor.
2) The height of the floor is greater than 5m, and each floor shall not be less than 2.
3. Spacing between the supports and hangers of the horizontal pipes for water supply and drainage:
4. Support and hanger of spray pipe:
When the nozzle spacing is less than or equal to 3.6m, set one. When the nozzle spacing is less than 1.8m, the interval is set.
The distance between the support and hanger and the sprinkler is ≥300mm, and the distance between the support and the hanger from the end sprinkler is less than or equal to 750mm.
5. Fire protection and water supply and drainage insulation:
(1) Insulation material: polyurethane foam rubber and plastic (B1 grade) insulation, covered with non-combustible glass cloth and composite aluminum foil moisture-proof layer. And the moisture-proof layer is wrapped with an aluminum alloy sheet protective layer (when the pipe diameter is greater than DN100, the thickness is 0.6mm; when the pipe diameter is less than or equal to DN100, the thickness is 0.5mm).
(2) Antifreeze and heat preservation (thickness 50mm): in the roof tank room and underground part (domestic water supply pipe, fire hydrant pipe, spray dry pipe).
(3) Anti-condensation and heat preservation (thickness 10mm): water supply pipes and suspended ceilings in other parts; drainage pipes and rainwater pipes in pipe wells.
(4) Thermal insulation (thickness 30mm): hot water pipe, heat exchanger (the protective layer is made of galvanized steel plate), heat exchanger, circulating pump, sub-catchment.
(5) The fire hydrant pipes and domestic water supply pipes on the first and second floors of the basement shall be insulated by electric heat tracing. The electric heat tracing system needs to be constructed under the guidance of the manufacturer; the practice is strictly in accordance with "Pipeline and Equipment Insulation, Anti-Condensation and Electric Heating" 03S401 for antifreeze insulation.
