There are three methods to choose from for coating adhesion test:
(1) Cross-cut method: Use a cross-cut device to install blades with different spacings to act on the coating. Most of the blades are 11 blades. First, the strength is better to pierce the coating to contact the substrate, then stick the crossed coating with 3m tape and tear it off, and judge the adhesion by observing the falling off.
(2)-1 Pulling method: first select a test field on the sample coating with a hole opener, then use AB glue to bond the pulling test block to the coating of the test field, and apply the load slowly and uniformly until the coating is removed from the substrate. When the coating is peeled off, the displayed force value is the peak value when the coating is peeled off, and the maximum range is 10KN.
(2) -2 drawing method: similar to the above one, the main difference is that this is a hydraulic model, the loading is more silky and smooth, and the requirements for the shape and size of the sample are small, and the diameter of the real object can be measured, and its maximum range is 20KN, it conducts the pull-off test of the coating on a specific area by hydraulic pressure, the pull-off force can be accurately displayed by the digital display, and there are two different units of MPa and psi for selection.
(3) Circle method: apply a load to the instrument with a weight, then transfer the load to the test needle, the needle tip pierces the coating and touches the substrate, and under a certain load, the coating is damaged by drawing circles on the test needle to judge its adhesion. Focusing on the situation, this equipment is divided into two types: hand-cranked and motor-driven, both of which are belts to transmit kinetic energy.
